This team comprises those who deliver the care directly to the residents, including trained carers and senior carers as well as care staff partners. All homes also have a home manager who is responsible for the overall running of the home and overseeing that all care given to residents is maintained to the highest possible standards at all time.
Support Staff This team provide the support services to the carers and activity staff. This includes all housekeeping and hotel services, including washing and ironing, regular and thorough cleaning of all areas. The chef and kitchen staff provide nutritious, delicious home cooked food for our residents always paying particular regard to specialist needs such as Diabetes and difficulties in swallowing. The menus are regularly changed according to seasonality and individual preferences and the food is sourced locally wherever possible.
Head Office Staff The Head Office staff offer overall support to all Homes and their staff. The Head Office also handles the day to day running of the Company with regards to finance, recruitment, training amongst others.
