The Strathmore Care Group has provided quality care to the elderly in Southend for over 20 years. Our belief in caring for the elderly is to maintain the highest standards of quality care. Strathmore Care specialises in providing the elderly with personal care, comfort and security in a homely setting. This is achieved through teamwork and being sensitive to individual needs and values.
The proprietors have had over 30 years experience in the care industry. Each home has a Manager who co-ordinates all care activities and the day to day running of the Home. All of our Managers are fully qualified and staff receive a full comprehensive training programme with many going onto achieve NVQ qualifications. All our staff work together as a team in order to provide excellent care in a homely atmosphere.
Our fees cover full board and 24 hour care. Each home manager can provide full details about the terms and conditions of the residents stay. They can also explain the formal procedure for making complaints and provide our latest inspection report along with the home’s statement of purpose, detailing the summary of services and facilities offered.
We encourage relatives and friends to be active partners to participate in the day to day care.
